A chain is only as strong as its weakest link – and for most home security setups, that weak link is the anchor. The Hiplok A1000 removes that vulnerability entirely. The world's first anti-angle grinder anchor, the A1000 uses the same proven material technology as the 1000 Series D-locks to resist severe and sustained angle grinder attacks at the fixed point, not just the lock.
Pair it with a Hiplok D1000 or DX1000 for a complete anti-angle grinder security system, or use it with any compatible D-lock to give your existing setup a serious upgrade. When both the anchor and the lock resist power tools, there's nowhere for a thief to start.
360° Rotating Base for Easier Locking
The A1000 features a 360° rotating base that makes locking your bike significantly easier – no awkward angles, no wrestling with a heavy D-lock to get it through the anchor. It also allows you to fit your bike incredibly close to a wall, making the A1000 ideal as a wall anchor where floor space is limited, such as in a narrow garage or side passage.
It's equally at home as a floor-mounted ground anchor – fix it to solid brick or concrete, indoors or outdoors, and it's ready to work.
Built to Last, Built to Resist
The A1000 is constructed with a fully hardened steel body and a tough nylon outer casing, combining resistance to power tool attack with durability against the elements. It's rated for both indoor and outdoor use, so whether it's in a garage, on a driveway, or in an outbuilding, it will perform year-round without issue.
Installation is simple and self-contained: 8 x M10 expansion fixings, a 16mm drill bit, and a drilling template are all included, so you have everything needed to get it fitted securely from the moment it arrives.
The A1000 carries a Ground Anchor Gold security rating and is backed by a Lifetime Warranty (10 years, hardware only) when registered at hiplok.com.

Product Availability:
Product availability is shown on all products. Where a product states 'Coming Soon - Dispatched in X Days', this is the expected lead time before stock is delivered to our store. The delivery method you choose will not affect this lead time and only relates to the delivery service we use once the product has been delivered to us.
Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Maidstone Harley-Davidson has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Maidstone Harley-Davidson recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of the items only, not the services incurred.
Maidstone Harley-Davidson uses Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are sent using the most appropriate service based on the value, size and weight of the parcel. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email shop@mshd.co.uk.
We also offer timed delivery services for faster delivery, which incur an additional charge over our standard delivery charges (£3.95 for orders below £60, free for orders over £60). All available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
Collect in-store:
Orders for in-store collection are FREE to collect, and are usually ready the same day, however there may occasionally be delays. A notification will be sent to you when your order is ready.
Please collect your items between 10am-5pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. NOTE: Our store is currently closed on Wednesdays & Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be available for collection on the following working day.
Returns & refunds:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 14 working days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email at shop@mshd.co.uk within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item, you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by harleydavidsondirect.co.uk
