The Harley-Davidson Freecom 4x Dual Pack contains two Freecom 4x headsets - the natural starting point for rider and passenger communication, or for two riders who want to ride together with intercom from day one. Buying as a dual pack ensures both headsets are the same model, pre-configured for the same ecosystem, and ready to pair straight out of the box without compatibility concerns.
Why the dual pack makes sense: Two riders buying individual Freecom 4x units separately pay the same total cost but miss the convenience of a matched pair presented together. For a rider and passenger setup, the dual pack is the obvious choice - the VOX passenger intercom (an H-D exclusive feature) is specifically designed for rider-to-passenger communication, and having both units from the same purchase means they're set up and paired together from the start. For two riders buying together, it removes the risk of one person buying a different model and creating compatibility questions.

Intercom performance: Each Freecom 4x connects up to 4 riders simultaneously at a range of 0.75 miles / 1.2km. The dual pack gives you two units ready to add to a larger group if needed.
JBL 40mm speakers - on both units: The 40mm JBL stereo speakers deliver audio loud enough to cut through wind noise at motorway speeds and clear enough for reliable voice communication and music reproduction. Product Availability:
Product availability is shown on all products. Where a product states 'Coming Soon - Dispatched in X Days', this is the expected lead time before stock is delivered to our store. The delivery method you choose will not affect this lead time and only relates to the delivery service we use once the product has been delivered to us.
Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Maidstone Harley-Davidson has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Maidstone Harley-Davidson recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of the items only, not the services incurred.
Maidstone Harley-Davidson uses Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are sent using the most appropriate service based on the value, size and weight of the parcel. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email shop@mshd.co.uk.
We also offer timed delivery services for faster delivery, which incur an additional charge over our standard delivery charges (£3.95 for orders below £60, free for orders over £60). All available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
Collect in-store:
Orders for in-store collection are FREE to collect, and are usually ready the same day, however there may occasionally be delays. A notification will be sent to you when your order is ready.
Please collect your items between 10am-5pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. NOTE: Our store is currently closed on Wednesdays & Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be available for collection on the following working day.
Returns & refunds:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 14 working days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email at shop@mshd.co.uk within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item, you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by harleydavidsondirect.co.uk
